A house-themed studio inspired by the Millennial lifestyle.
Includes a stainless steel kitchen area with cabinet, a large dining table, numerous carefully selected dishes and kitchen utensils, kitchen stroller, work table, which can be used as a kitchen studio.
The simple tiled bathroom has plenty natural light from the large windows allowing you to shoot projects requiring water to be used.
A wood deck balcony with double-sided windows to the kitchen area and the bathroom allows for life-focused shooting and events.

Empty, Expansive Multi Space

With the peeled off ceiling and the floor, “Space R” makes a space like one skelton floor without any walls or corridors.
The plumbing exposed, and the space with the letters and lines of the floor called “inking out” written by the craftsman, straight fluorescent lights hang from the entire space, create a decadent atmosphere like a factory or warehouse.
While the direct sunlight from the deformed skylight as an accent,
a highly anonymous space that does not limit the situation, makes it easy to create another space in the space, as during large built-in shooting and events.
It can be also used as an art gallery.

With Yoyogiuehara as its Hub, a Brand New Communication Space in Tokyo

On the first floor, we have prepared a space which will serve as a new public space in the Yoyogiuehara area. Plenty of natural light from both sides of the space provides an openness as if both inner and outer boundaries have disappeared.
By using the large island type kitchen counter, you can hold events where catering services are required, presentations of new collections, workshops, etc.
A simple space with only a mortar floor behind the kitchen, concrete and unpainted walls, and white walls highlight objects on display.
The kitchen counter can be used as location situation, back space can be used for built-in shooting.
The space can also be divided by large, movable partitions.

Hybrid Infinity Wall and Stage

Shooting and PR events space with a large infinity wall with a depth of 6.6m, width of 6.0m, and height of 5.5m, and sound equipment.
Shooting with advanced lighting using lighting batons and grids, shooting by the photographer moving away from the subject all the way back to the live stage, long shots using the stairwell space, filming for music video with great sound equipment, while simultaneous recording is also possible.
In addition to live streaming, PR events, lectures, stages, movie preview, etc… a number of situations are possible.

180-degree Panorama View, Rooftop

Tokyo’s fabulous urban landscape, including Shinjuku and Yoyogiuehara Station including nearby buildings can be photographed from this highly desirable vantage point.
From morning to night scenes, and various patterns of the sky can be shot from the rooftop.

From a infinity wall to sky images, and built-in shooting, all sorts of shooting experiences can be achieved within OPRCT using multiple studios simultaneously or separately with any of the available spaces.
