At Space P, the simple tiled bathroom has a plenty natural light from the large windows facing the wood deck balcony.

The large bathroom is suitable for shooting, there is a built-in wash basin which is removable back and forth.

From the wood deck balcony, you can make your ideal light with lighting equipments.

From product photography to photography with actual water, there is also an area with a stainless steel kitchen in the same space. Space P is an ideal space for lifestyle photography and events.

 
 
 

At the Optional Rooftop, 180° panoramic view is available, Tokyo’s fabulous urban landscape, including Shinjuku and near by buildings can be photographed.

From a infinity wall to sky images,and buil-in shooting, all sorts of shooting experiences can be achieved within OPRCT using multiple studios simultaneously or separately with any of the available spaces.

The Rooftop can be used as an optional space, making it easy for you to increase the shooting situations even it is not the main situation.

 
 
 

Space O is ideal for a number of different situations such as a green room for models and artists,
magazine interviews, filming of videos, photo shoots for fashion and beauty.

Comfortable space with large windows facing the urban city view.

 
 
 

The Optional Garage which is used as a parking lot as usual, is suitable for load-in and load-out.
Using it in addition to other spaces makes it possible to hold the events comfortably.

The Optional Stairs leads to Space T, can be used as a easy access way to the events venue.

Both optional spaces can be used for shooting, enable you to change the situations and patterns.

 
 
 

Space T has a large infinity wall and a stage in one floor.

Shooting with advanced lighting using lighting batons and grids, filming for music video with great sound equipment are possible.

A green room for artists and talents is at B2.
The clients and guests can see the events go on from B2 area.

 
 
 

The stage(W7.5m×D3.5m) is suitable for PR events, such as lectures, talk show, movie preview, and stages.

Using the Optional Space T(B2) makes it possible to separate the participants and related parties, it can be used as a space for luggages and waiting space, also makes it possible to see how everything go on on Space T(B3).

We have an upgraded internet environment that uses “High-speed Internet NURO“ which supports high-quality 4K streaming such as YouTube Live, Instagram Live, TwitCasting, Facebook Live, Niconico Live and others.

Since the soundproofing system is installed at Space T, simultaneous recording is also possible.

 
 
 

Space C which faces the street can be used as a main entrance for the events, catering events are also available using the island kitchen which is over 5 meters long.

The other side of the kitchen, there are large Brooklyn windows with plenty of natural light, mortar floor, and concrete and unpainted walls, where you can hold various events such as workshop, limited pop-up store, exhibitions and so on.

 
 
 

Space R, the peeled off ceiling and wall make a space like one floor in the middle of the construction while maintaining the open feeling, is Conceivable Multi Space which can be used for various events.


The space is suitable for corporate sampling events and marketing test, and also can be used as a gallery for exhibitions, and solo exhibitions.

The 2 small rooms can be used as a meeting space, stock room, powder room, and shooting situations.
