【Usage Time】
Unit: 1h
Usage time includes equipment load-in to equipment load-out.
【Built-in】
If you wish to leave equipment, or studio set, etc. until the next day,
we will charge a rental fee up until 21:00 on the day of the shoot and from 9:00 on the next day.
【Late-night / early-morning use fee】
An extra fee of ¥10,000 (¥11,000 incl. tax) is charged for use 23:00-6:30.
【Payment】
For first time customers, we only accept cash payments.
For repeat customers we accept invoices.
【Notice】
The bathroom sink cannot be moved.
※The drainpipe is connected directly to the floor.
※If you contact us at least one week prior to your reservation, it may be possible to arrange relocation work for an additional fee.

*Street shoes are not allowed.

*Please note that there are no studio assistants available.
*Please use curing tape, curing mats when necessary.
*There is an elevator available for load-in and load-out. Contact us in advance if your equipment is larger than the following elevator size:
- Inside: 157cm (W), 148cm (D), 228cm (H), 315cm (Diagonal)
- Door: 100cm (W), 208cm (H)
*Please use curing mat when necessary to prevent damage to the elevator.
*After sunset, ensure that blackout curtains are used in order to conceal the strobe light use.
