①OPRCT is partially located to residential areas. When loading and unloading the equipments, large props, or set materials, please be mindful of the noise and work quietly.
②Loading and unloading during early mornings or late nights (23:00-6:30) must be done using vehicles that can fit in the garage (with a height of 2.1m or less), and all work must be completed within the garage. If the scale of the work cannot be contained within the garage, we may ask you to adjust the time for loading and unloading. If there is a possibility of extending or starting in the early morning, please let us know in advance.
③Idling inside the garage or on the slope of the garage is prohibited as it may disturb the neighbors
④Parking or stopping along the designated area on the Inokashira Street (Tokyo Route 413) (see attached image) is prohibited as it may disturb the neighbors.
⑤Smoking on the street in front of or around the building is strictly prohibited.
