In addition to the 5 main spaces, OPRCT offers optional spaces.
Common areas such as parking lot and stairs are optional as well.
Optional Garage also serves as a parking lot for customers,
so it can be used conditionally.

Optional Rooftop
180-degree Panorama View, Rooftop
Tokyo’s fabulous urban landscape, including Shinjuku and Yoyogiuehara Station including nearby buildings can be photographed from this highly desirable vantage point. From morning to night scenes, and various patterns of the sky can be shot from the rooftop.
From a infinity wall to sky images, and built-in shooting, all sorts of shooting experiences can be achieved within OPRCT using multiple studios simultaneously or separately with any of the available spaces.

【Late-night / early-morning use fee】
An extra fee of ¥10,000 (¥11,000 incl. tax) is charged for use 23:00-6:30.
【Payment】
For first time customers, we only accept cash payments.
For repeat customers we accept invoices.
Optional Stairs
A staircase soaring into the sky
Through the void, soft natural light pours into the solid concrete walls.
For shooting, the staircase offers a spacious setting with 30 steps and a width ranging from 1.3m to 2.7m, making ideal for capturing images bathed in natural light.
When used for events, it can be combined with "Space T" on the basement floor and various spaces on the ground floor, expanding into a versatile event venue.
It can also serve as a pathway for transporting long items.
From elegant portraits to situational photography, OPRCT provides a comprehensive shooting experience without the need to switch between multiple locations or studios. Multiple studios can be used simultaneously, and flexible scheduling options are available.

Luxury Inner Garage
A luxury and premium atmosphere with indirect light illuminating the wall and natural light pouring into from the open-ceiling space.
During shooting, it is possible to use strobe lights or continuous lighting. During events, it can be used as an entrance connecting each floor, and the shutters can be closed to have a waiting area or a space to keep all of your equipments , allowing for versatile usage.

※Access is allowed for loading and unloading in the shared areas within the garage.

Notes
The following is a list of items that should be known in advance. Please call us after reading the below:
After-hours and late-night (18:00～9:00) use is available at a 25%〜 increase in the normal price.
Weekends and holidays use is available at a 25%〜 increase in the normal price.
For built-in set or luggage storage fees, the charge will be incurred until 21:00 on the day of the shoot, and from 9:00 on the next day.
Please note that there is no studio assistant nor roadie.
Usage time includes equipment load-in to equipment load-out.
For load-in and load-out, please use the elevator. Please contact us in advance if you are bring oversized equipment.

Please use curing mat when needed.
Please make payments on the rental day by cash or bank transfer.
When using the spaces for the first time, please pay in cash on the rental day.
