About Reservations

 

How to make a reservation

After confirming our terms and conditions and the decision by phone or email, we will send the application form by email (PDF / Excel). After filling out the application form, please return it by email. We will contact you shortly after receiving the form.


When is the limit to make a decision after the tentative reservation?

For tentative reservations, please let us know whether to cancel or not by 18:00, 7 days before the day of use.


Cancellation Fee

Cancellation fee of tentative reservations are free until 18:00, 7 days before the day of use.
After that, the following cancellation fee will be charged for the provisionally reserved time.

*By 18:00 7 days before the day of use ~ 6 days before the day of use: 20%
*5 days before the day of use: 40%
*4 days before the day of use: 60%
*3 days before the day of use: 80%
*2 days before the day of use ~ the day of use: 100%

Please pay the cancellation fee within a week.
Cancellation fee of tentative reservations on holidays is free until 18:00 on Friday.
From Friday to 18:00 6 days before the day of use: 20%


Regular business hours

Our usual business hours: 9:00 ~ 18:00 from Monday to Friday.
Date and time is negotiable when the first contact by phone or email.


Entering the studio on day of use

On the day of use, you may enter the studio from the reservation time (not before).
Session start and end times include load-in, restoring studio to original state, and load-out time.


Extension of reserved time

We accept the extension of reserved time if there is no reservation by other customers but we may refuse an extension in some situations. For extensions, additional charges will be based on per hour.


Receiving luggage and equipment

If you wish to send your luggage before the reservation day, please send them one day ahead of the day of use (by Friday for reservations on Sunday and the next Monday). Please let us know in advance the arrival time, luggage size, and the number of the packages.

 
 

Payment

 

Payment

Please make payments by cash on the reserved day or by bank transfer by the end of the following month.
When using a studio for the first time, customers are required to pay by cash on the reserved day.


Damage to the infinity wall

When the infinity wall is deemed to be extremely dirty after use and needs to be painted, we may charge the user for the painting fee.


 
 

Drinking・Smoking・Other things

 

Are shoes allowed in the studios?

Please take off your shoes inside the studio except 1F, 2F, B2(Optional) and Rooftop(Optional). When it is necessary to wear shoes on the infinity wall or other areas designated as no shoes zones, please use clean shoes or wipe the soles of the shoes and apply curing tape.


Is smoking allowed in the studio?

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio and in the building. We have received complaints from neighbors in the past so please understand and thank you for your cooperation.


Will the studio staff discard the garbage?

Customers should take oversized garbage with them after the session.
We do not dispose of cardboard, styrofoam, or incombustible garbage.


Is it possible to send the luggage from the studio?

From the studio, we accept only COD. If you wish to send by freight paid in advance, please arrange the pick up during your session and make the payment by yourself.

 
 

Facility and Equipments

 

Is parking available?

You can use up to 5 parking lots free of charge only if you contact us in advance. Depending on the car size, we cannot guarantee that 5 cars can be parked. Height limit is 2.1m. Depending on the reservation, we may ask you use only 1 parking lot or coin-operated parking nearby. We cannot always guarantee that there is a vacant space.

Can I bring my own lights or strobes?

Yes, but please let us know in advance because our capacitance is limited, same as a ordinary household.


Are studio assistants available?

Please note that there are no studio assistant.


Load-in / load-out information

For load-in and load-out, we have an elevator available.
Please contact us in advance if you have oversize items based on the dimensions below.

Is there space available for a power generator vehicle?

In principal, we do not provide space for power generator vehicles. Please contact us in advance about a space if you are considering using a power generator vehicle.


Strobe light usage

At SpaceR, strobe light usage is basically prohibited because of the flat nearby.
If you would like to use them, please unsure the blackout, bring the blackout curtains by yourself.
At other studios, ensure that blackout curtains are used in order to conceal the strobe light use after sunset.


Internet・Wi-Fi

Free Wi-Fi (NURO) is available at each studio. For more information, please ask us on the day of use.

 
 

Usage Purposes

 

Space Usage

Studio is used for shooting and filming of advertisements, websites, magazines, and rental spaces for PR, workshops, exhibitions, lectures, etc. are also available. We do not accept any other uses.


Can we play instruments?

Depending on the instrument, we may accept the usage.
However, each studio is not sound-proofed.(Except Space T )
Please contact us in advance.


Is is possible to bring animals into the studios?

We do not accept shooting with animals such as pets.


Studio tours

We can show studios from 10:00 ~ 12:00 / 14:00 ~ 18:00 on weekdays if there are no reservations of the studio.
Tours of studios under 30 minutes is free of charge.
As reservations are required prior to seeing a space, we may request that you visit on a date and time other than the date and time you are requesting.
If you wish to see the studios for over 30 minutes, we will charge the regular studio rental fee.
